After playing a non-Prussian Teutonic run I just run in to the simple issue that:
A. Theocracies are just weak.
B. The Papal Influence is the main advantage, but by the protestant era I need to be protestant or I'll find myself without allies.
As such, is there a way to change my government type easily, or am I relying on RNG events to proc? I know people know the game much better than me and figured I'd ask.
