Seriously, why can't we annex both the target and their vassal if the warscore cost allows us too? It's the most ridiculous thing. So I'm annexing your overlord, whose total province cost is much lower thatn 100% but not you OPM Baluchistan, no way I'm also taking you, I just wanted you as a vassal.

There should be an option to include vassals from an annexation target in the Full Annexation Demand.

I totally agree!
There should generallly be more freedom in making peace deals.
For example i want to be able to give all of the enemies provinces to different vassals of mine directly instead of annexing and having to sell them, if he is small enough to be fullannexed.
Or taking the capital, even if its not the last province or isolated. Mabye for double the Warscore-cost, but i think you should be able to take the province, if you just need or want this one province from your enemy, and not having to completely dismantle him before you are allowed to take it...

Have the vassals be able to declare independence from the overlord if the overlord is annexed and the vassal is not touched in the peace deal, while you're at it.

Another nice addition related to this one would be the option to have your own vassal or (especially) client state fully annex other nations, instead of being forced to take their capital in a second war.

I cannot understand the premises underlying this question.
He probably means the "full annex" peace option isn't necessary when/if you could just take all the provinces individually.

What about just taking their capital + a few provinces instead of full annexing when I have the option to full annex? If I just want a 2PM's capital, I shouldn't have to full annex in order to get it; I should have the option to leave them with their remaining province. Similarly, if Genoa has two contiguous provinces in the HRE and one in Crimea, and warscore allows me to full annex them, I should be allowed to take just their two provinces in the HRE without having to annex them or fight two wars because of annoying capital restrictions.

Wiz, what about having the AI, turn unnecessary marches into regular vassals for diplo-annexation? PLC grows big and expands but their march vassal moldovia just sits there.

Maybe have the AI revert marches once there are no threats nearby?

To be safe, it should be no threats nearby for a while, so the AI doesn't just instantly get rid of them if their neighbor loses a war or something.

Does the AI even create marches? I thought no. This means only starting ones like Moldy are an issue, and hardly one worth spending time on. Not only that, but even when PLC blobs their vassal march seems to help them out with its small contributions.
