So... anybody get all POP needs met yet?

I have come close, but could never get the price of cars down to the point that my POP's could afford it everyday. Thus I could never get my POP cash reserve above 100 (rarely I could, but usually resulted from selling off massive stockpile) and therefore no bonds were sold.

well, what about you? if yes, I'd love a zipped up save game just to look it over

I never have, but you could probably do it easily with a small, rich country like Belgium or switzerland. The trick is to have few pops but high exports.

ah, well, yes. i was germany and had 80-100 million. so maybe I should try it as belgium...

however, with a small nation will the prices of of the goods be low enough? I produced tons of furn and reg cloth for just that purpose.

If you can make a decent industry your pops should have enough cash to buy them even if the price is higher.

I have a couple of Craftsmen in a Luxury Furniture Factory in Hungary right now who are getting all but automobiles and airplanes I think. Well, I know they have everything they can have. It's only 1858 after all.

well, yes.. .my pops could get all things 100% just a bit but would dip below 100 monies and save again... but it'd lose 2-14 each time it bought up the auto, so i could never get them to buy 7/days a week and still able to save
