How much do others think AOW will cost? I'm thinking at least 15-20$. Wish I knew so I could learn how much I need to save.

Why do you (well, not just you but everybody) put prices in a one dollar = one euro basis when it is not the case?

Since there's a difference in the woth of € and $ it wouldn't be raising the price but instead making it equal among countries (although I believe 29.99$ is more expensive than 20€).
True, but once you've accounted for the price in € including VAT at typically 15-20%, while the price in $ excludes, and is probably not effectively subject to, sales tax, the difference isn't as large as the exchange rate indicates.They are not the same.

15% is Luxembourg only, but that makes them a very popular place for locating online businesses.
Actually I should double check what VAT rate is applied to my Steam purchases. I normally buy through Polish and UK online stores and occasionally via the Steam website. Used Nuuvem a few times as well for non region locked games, I have no idea what taxes were applied there, but I'm guessing most of the price difference was due to a discount for the local market.
