Abbysynia (sic) and later mongolia...... they can research other stuff......but look to be blocked without having the 2nd Industrial Revolution .....it requires some tech that is.....where?

Anyway, if you want to find out the prerequisite to research a tech, just leave your mouse over it and a tooltip will appear that will show a lot of info (prerequisites included).

Yes, Mod 1914 has its own tech tree that is different from the DH tech tree.
