With the new mercs change, something I approve of, I only really have one problem, and that is the problem of merging armies. I only really care about doing this to get rid of the two pips below the number of troops because it's annoying and every time I see it I attempt to box select the army and merge it, only to remember that mercenaries are attached to the army and I cannot do so.
That said, I think it would be an amazing change if you were to, instead of having two pips below the number of troops for two "squads," you have one pip, with a 2 inside of it denoting that there is a merc stack attached to your army in addition to your original army. This could also help to keep track of vassal swarm troops attaching to your armies.
For me specifically it would help keep track of merc stacks and also clean up annoying pips below armies that are unneeded, which would be amazing.
Thoughts?
