In a recent Ottoman game (1.13) i declared war on the timurids. Immediatly i paused time to path my troops.
All his forts were off maintenance so i could (theoretically) path to all of them at once while ignoring the normal fort-unpassable mechanic. I therefore just clicked my four armies on his four mothballed forts and unpaused.

Of course now the timurids immediatly start paying upkeep for their forts, and they all switched on. This did not cancel my pathing however. and my armies just happily walked all over his land to all of his forts, even those which should have been blocked for me due to others being active. Apparently as long as you dont manually cancel pathing, the game still considers those newly upkept forsts as ''passable''.

I think this is not working as intended?

Best regards, Merlin.
