Small/Medium/Large additions before end of CK2

I have to say, it is fun to see how large the community sees a task to be.

Example, having the Silk Road go into Europe or put in the European trade paths would take me.. An hour or so? It's relatively easy to find resources on it, and it is easy to implement. Putting a new type of society would take me more than a month, for sure.

and could the society system be used to simulate their bureaucracies?
