It would be neat if we could have an option during empire creation to have a leader maintain their name throughout a lineage. We already have situations where the leader names are the same name with a number for their heirs rather than a new name (e.g. Alexander, Alexander II, Alexander III and so on.)
AFAIK it is limited to autocracies and that makes sense, and I'm not proposing it should go beyond that. But for autocracies, it would be neat if there was a manual option to enable/disable this. That way, if people have a leader name that they want to keep for flavor, it would be retained with a numeric system rather than losing it as soon as the first leader died.
