Small correction to Russian provinces

I've noticed two things about Russian provinces that should, imo, be fixed:
- The capital of the province of Oka is currently reffered to as "Odayev". I believe it's a typo and it should be renamed to "Odoyev".
- The capital of the province of Ust-Sysolsk is currently reffered to as "Ust-Sysola". I think it should be the other way around since Sysola is the name of the river next to which the town of Ust-Sysolsk was built.

edit: Also, the newly added province of Luki has the same capital name as the province of Kholm - Kholm.

The capital of the Perm province is also Yagoshiha when it should be Yagoshikha (as should the name of the province tbh).
