Right now in the game when you have completed the other 7 federation advancements you have the option of taking Federal Constitution and integrating the other federation members. Depending on the primary culture of the federation leader you either become one of seven federation tags, Iroquois if Iroquois, Huron if Huron, Creek if Creek, Shawnee if Shawnee, Sioux if Dakota, Illiniwek if Illini, or Potawatomi if Anishinabe, or a new federation tag with a custom name and flag if your of any other culture.
One of my main issues with becoming the new federation tag is that the flag is just a random flag, in the same vein as creating a Trade City tag, which often results in ugly and nonsensical designs like a plain white flag with the paradox logo on it (which is also white so you can barely see it, I'm also not calling the paradox logo ugly, just using one example I've seen). Another (albeit much more minor) issue is the country color is also random, I have seen a Zuni led federation become pink, a Fox led federation become the same blue the USA use, and a Coweta led federation become white.
I feel the federation leaders flag and country color should also be used when creating the new federation tag and not just the name.
A few things I noticed while doing this post that I want to point out, the name of the new federation tag sometimes breaks and becomes something like The The Zuni Federation Federation (this has already been mentioned in bug reports since 1.31 released), the Haida still use the generic North American unit models despite the other Northwest Pacific nations using a Unit Pack model and the Huron models don't upgrade to firearms at all(I mentioned these two in a bug report with other Unit Model issues back at the start of October but I guess a month from 1.32s release was too soon to fix all issues mentioned).
