Anyone else experience slow down in the long run for this game? I have a pretty good computer but it has to chug at a certain point when especially with skyscrapers.

do you have any traffic related mods like Traffic+v2 or Traffic President? if so, you have likely found the culprit
What are your computer specs? It's natural to lose performance as your population grown from tracking all of the agents. My even lags on my 6-core i7.
How big is your city (population and number of tiles unlocked)?
Just two tiles thus far.
