for some reason since the start of my game as austria i have not been able to access the HRE screen, i was even emperor and still i cant access is which is annoying when i have already got o far in the game and want to leave the HRE. help please, thanks

Well if its a bug, then you should post it in the tech support forum AND you can do that, by registering the game. Not going to help you before you do that

If you scrolled forward in time and then back again when setting up the game, it's possible you triggered a bug which causes the HRE panel button to disappear. Don't know if it's fixable.
