V1.0.0 (9b5a)

Hello, I am here to report a bug, I conquered an AI and made a sector out of his old empire, but right before I put it on AI management I enslaved a pop on a farm to increase food production on their homeworlds, I came back after a few in game month and I found that the sector AI had moved the enslaved pop to a power plant, wich is highly inneficient, since then the sector only put slaves on power plants, wich is stupid because of the 33% decreased production, every time I removed the system from the sectore to put the slave on a mine or a farm and then re add it to the sector, the AI automaticaly put the slaves on a power plant.

I didn't used any mods and I am curently using the nova pack with all DLC included.

Thank you for your time, playwars.
