Slavery exists both in the Inner Sphere (especially in the Draconis Combine) and in the Periphery (see e.g. Marian Hegemony or Tortuga Dominions).

The servitor class in the Capellan Confederation also fits most of the criteria for slavery until the 3050s.

Absolutely. Draconis Combine is a little more up-front about the whole thing however - and as a Capellan servitor you could earn your freedom, which wasn't really a thing with the Dracos.

Hehe, if you google "battletech slavery", you get a two-page rather heated discussion about whether or not Bondsmen are slaves - so heated a mod had to step in
