Sorry if this has been answered - I did search but most of what I found predates the current patch.

My question is simple, yet the answer is maddeningly unclear based on in-game documentation, and the wiki hasn't caught up yet: Do robots & droids benefit from bonuses like the Slave Optimizations agenda? What about enslaved synths?

Thank you.

Yes, if they are enslaved. If they have citizenship rights, then no.
AI servitude is treated very differently from slavery with regards to Robots and Droids (though Synths are treated more closely to bio slaves). They're exempt from egalitarian-authoritarian ethics pull re slavery, for example. You're sure?

Fairly certain the answer is no for all slavery bonuses. At the very least they don't get the +5% from a Slave Processing Facility. If you mouse over the icon for slavery on a robot pop it shows it as servitude, not slavery. In case it wasn't clear you can click on a pop and mouse over the production value to see the bonuses breakdown.

Can anyone else weigh in? I really want to know for sure.

In 2.2.3, Synths get all slavery bonuses. And why not? They are people like everybody else.

Everything above is false, I'm sorry to say. In 2.2.3.

But not non-sentient robots/droids under Servitude, correct? The distinction between AI Servitude and Slavery is a confusing one, esp. since (correct me if I'm wrong) Synths are enslaved based on the rules for non-sentient robots, not the rules for sentient beings.
