slave processing plants disappearing?

When I put my planets with slave processing plants in a sector they disappeared.
Also, my Xeno zoo disappeared.

The player may consider it beneficial to have but the sector govenors sure do not. Almost feels like a waste to build up a planet before giving it over to a sector and it is replaced almost at once.

The AI is not supposed to build that plant with less then 5 slaves. And I asume that "AI allow" is somehow missinterpreted as "Scrap it".

That might be it.
both planets have less than 5 slaves.
I just like to build them next to my capital building and on a tile with food and minerals for max effect.
Also, you caAlso, you can build these processing plants at the start.

The player may consider it beneficial to have but the sector govenors sure do not. Almost feels like a waste to build up a planet before giving it over to a sector and it is replaced almost at once.

Sector shouldn't delete anything if you set redevelopment to "off" - I've never see this, but I'll watch eagerly tonight as I've not played a great deal on 1.6/1.6.1 yet.
