Skill "Ranged Specialist" and vehicle ?

Something i'm not sure, for a long time...

Does the skill "Ranged Specialist" is effective with a vehicle ?

Description is "Increase damage dealt with ranged weapons", and a vehicle is not a "ranged weapon",
But can have a ranged weapon monted on it... but this weapon is considerd as an active capacity in game.

I am pretty positive that this is so. But you can test it yourself, just clock o n the 'ranged weapon' skill and see if the displayed damage of your turret changes.

Just take this skill and look if the damage increased or not, what's the problem

if a vehicle has a ranged weapon like laser cannon then yes it'll boost the damage of laser cannon. But it won't boost the damage of ram attack on dvar tank. you'll need a melee specialist for that.
