BTW, is there a way to correct the rather unsightly appearance that the production tab now has? With the icons not square and having integrated the 2 strength and organisation bar, they look a bit ugly on there.

CyrusSpitama: Yes, but you will see photos also when you click on a division on the map - detailed description pops up and in the upper right corner you see these.

BeBro: On our site (my sig) you'll find sections "HoI2" and "Doomsday" - then you'll see sets for HoI2 and DD. In "Download" section you'll find descriptions next to the files, saying what's it for. In general, use airforce & naval icons for HoI2 only for HoI2 and those for DD only for DD. But in case of land icons, you can use those for DD (better looking ones ) also in HoI2, cause DD did not changed their numbering - you will just not see post-war models in-game.
mib: No, there's now way to change this (not that we have time too). We would have to do icons without strenght bars, but then, when you move cursor over them (in-game) a window with detailed description won't pop up.

We're working on Chinese icons now (Nat, Com and a common pack for warlords), which should be ready in 2-3 weeks.
However, I'd like to ask everyone for a little help. Finding good and historicaly justified pictures for Chinese paras is pain in the ass. If anyone has found or knows where to find good pictures, drawings ect. of Chinese paratroopers for model 6 icons (from I to VI) - in color - I'd be grateful for info (PM me).

Unfortunately, due to my recent hell of work in the office and my holidays starting today, new update has to be postponed for a few weeks. In exchange, in the beginning of October we will offer more at once - 3 Chinese sets (Nat, Com, warlords) and ANZAC (common pack for Australia and New Zealand). Then we will also get back to regular updates so stay tuned.

anyway, I downloaded the zip files for land, sea and air units straight away but have hit my Achillies Heel once again: i have no idea what to do with the three zip things now saved on my PC, can someone please talk me throught it???

Unzip them to gfx/interface/models folder in your DD. Overwrite everything what's needed (you may want to make a backup of old graphics) and that's it. Enjoy!
