Situations that sucked in my first game

So I started my first game as prussia and declared (historically) my first
war on Denmark (First goal: Unification with Sleswig).

The first stupid thing is that Holstein is fighting against me (From the engine this makes sense but for me not) and the most stupid thing is that:

I can only demand from Denmark that they release Holstein. I cannot demand to add Holstein to my sphere, annex it or even satelite it. That's highly unsatisfying imho.

In the later game Russia kicked Cracow out of austria's sphere so I thought
this would be an easy target (no alliances, no sphere). I conquered it of course with no resistance but I couldn't make it a satelite
I had to annex them and release them again

The way the german situation at all is modeled sucks. It doesn't model the german federation at all, so let's say France attacks Baden for the lulz and in gameterms only Austria would react. IRL there would have been at least some sort of common defense.

Sounds like I hate this game but that isn't the case. It runs good, it is playable and has great potential: That's all I want of V1

I think you have to select holstein, then add a wargoal. Don't select Denmark and add a wargoal. If you select Holstein I think you should be able to select 'add to sphere' wargoal.
