As suggested by AndrewT in a response to a related issue with DLC from a purchase posting this thread to flag it up for the General Support team.

Andrew says the Orders show fine at the backend level for him
"Not really, I see your orders here in the back end perfectly fine.
The My Games page is pretty broken but I think Orders does, or did, work okay in general."
but I have this as the displayed page when viewed as a customer/member and not as an employee/mod.

At the same time rather poor showing for a major company, especially since it means we can't refer to the orders page if ever quoting it at them since we don't know what is there.

Just to add to this: it's really in the works . I just spoke with the development team and it's in their list of high priority items.
