This is an administration decision.

The off-topic forums takes alot of administrative times, and we've decided to limit it to PAYING customers, as it costs us MONEY to deal with it.

Yes, the spanish community have some special problems with alot of the download games being sold on cd without the keys... We'll look into a deal for you within a day or two.. . I just don't want you to be flamed by the other languageforums for having special benefits right now.

Johan, I ask you again the issue that is more hard-pressing for us, what about old customers who only own original games from the pre-registration times?

Anyone that had been registered for over 4 years will now get access to foreign language OT forums. Thats for the old customers that helped us build this, and no longer plays games but just want to socialise.
