i restarted like 100 times with Granada and every single time i have to click like 10 different windows for ironman mode. also, keep music turned off for restarts when I've set it on pause once in game. small little features help to enjoy the game more, ya know...

all windows needed to restart the game, exit to game menu, click final window, select single player, select country, click play, select game mode, click iron man, click play again, select save file, start ironman, click ok again for "i wish to overwrite save file",
thats 11 clicks to restart a game, and we all know how often we already restarted games for example as Granada or Byzantium on hard or very hard.
