simple question

How do I add additional monarchs? I see that at the bottom of the Bosnian Monarch file it says "ids free until 05079"... so i copied and pasted a old monarch, replaced the names and dates... but when I get to the date it should take effect, it doesnt....

i also tried switching deathdate for enddate... experimenting with other dates, etc.... what am i doing wrong?

I don't understand your question.. Do you mean the old monarch doesn't die on Jan 1, 1594, or the new one, doesn't die in Jan 1, 1821. The latter is impossible, as the game ends before that.

the monarch doesn't come into play on the assigned start date... i just picked a death day.. would that be the issue?

Since this is for your ongoing AAR: Have you added these after you started the game?

If so I know what the problem is. In that case you need to add the monarchs to the monarchtable in the savegame.

Find Bosnia, then scroll down to the 'monarchtable =' section. There you have listed all the future monarchs. Add the monarch you need there.
