I think characters with "craven" "weak" "content" (etc.) or characters who are dramatically underpowered againts their enemies(Byzantine-Croatian conquest war) would want to quit the war as soon as possible to not suffer more from the war.

It would be more historical and logical that an insecure ruler who owns a few garrison troops in his/her low-fort-leveled county would easily submit to his/her enemy in a "de-jure liege" war.
So I believe that it should require less warscore to enforce demands againts a weak character.
-Conquest wars against a weak character who owns a large land should require less warscore as well.-

If I knew modding a bit, I would try to do a mod but instead I'm asking other reasonable people to mod/patch this into the game :p

Hmmmm. I like the concept. Could use some fleshing out and massaging, but over all I think it would add to the game. We already have events based on traits, but this would also direct the AI (and even player in some situations i can visualize) to play and act more according to the character in question. Could be interested.
