Well, some of your national territory (Pará and Amapá) also borders French, British and Dutch Guiana. You can easily buy the French and British ones from the owners, although it's much harder with the Dutch because those provinces are considered national ones for them. Well, it's not like Netherlands will ever be a threat for you.
