Is there going to be a bundle (CoC and Jade Dragon) on steam ? I know there is a bundle on paradox store but I cant buy from paradox(cant pay with card unfortunately) and I`ll have to buy paysafecard, so I can only purchase on steam.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
My guess is there will be, but it's not announced yet.
For reference with the previous two DLC releases which were also timed to double up, the bundle just appeared when the DLCs became available to purchase. I see no reason not to expect the same this time.
