Silly question: Is like farming allowed?

Like farming is frowned upon in a lot of the communities I frequent, but I don't see a prohibition here. The only T&Cs I found were the stickied post https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/forum-user-agreement-rules.544261/.

I ask because I saw a post which is asking for various forms of likes (like, helpful, etc.) to collect polling data.
