Not everyone is pleased, I know. Either sign up for a minor power, wait for a spot to open later, or shush. And complain all you want -- it'll just decrease the likelihood of you getting a spot as a minor power, or at any point in the future.

I've also done some thinking about minor nations, so a few people are already likely to get a few spots they've already applied for. The rest of the countries are up for grabs. There might also be a few additions which you are not allowed to ask me about, and which will be announced along with the rest of the minor powers after the deadline.
