I recommend picking at least one non-GP if you don't want to have to risk missing them all and posting a whole new ballot for minors.

Given that I there aren't that much interesting minor powers in the game, I don't know.
There are plenty of interesting minors
Indeed, with a three way cold war going on, a minor country could make itself important.
For instance, most of the mideast is unclaimed.

(Brazil was a tough fight. Ab rolled 64, Korona 74, DutchGuy 58 and Plank 83. At least everyone fought like they wanted to win!)
Anyway, now that all the Great Powers have been assigned, anyone who still wants in and/or didn't get a Great Power can post their ballot with minor powers. Unlike with the GPs, I'll be picking these based more on regional and factional balance. The regions are:
The Americas
Europe
Asia
Middle East / N. Africa
Sub-Saharan Africa
((Well, Antarctica counts too))
So I want roughly equal representation across the regions and across factions, with the latter taking precedence. Here's about what I'm looking for:
0-2 American minor powers
0-2 Asian minor powers
2-4 Middle Eastern minor powers
2-3 African minor powers
0-2 European minor powers
Europe gets the short end of the stick because it's already full of GPs, while the Americas and Asia have smaller quotas because they are relatively conflict-free compared to the rest of the world. The Middle East is the main sparring ground between the UN and Axis, so it will have a lot of players, and Africa seems pretty popular, so I gave it some more slots. Of course, this all depends on what people sign up for, and I'm pretty flexible; I'm just giving you some ideas.
I may also have to assign some people some countries, though if you don't like what you get you can PM me and I can set you up somewhere more fun. Sadly, not everyone can be Iran, Japan and the CAE.
I'll give everyone a few more hours to post new ballots before I start rolling for the contested minors and handing out the more heavily opposed ones. If any GP players don't want their spot, now's the time to tell me so I can re-roll it.
