Anyways i am taking a break from Hoi and this game is pretty cool.

I'll buy the rest of the doc as its de-cent.

Took a while to get used to it , wish I could start training a standing army ?

It is possible to have a standing army known as retinues, but you will need the Legacy of Rome DLC. It's cheap, but IMO retinues should be a part of the base game by now.

Hmm, well generally Paradox games seem to lack in this area, but Victoria 2 is probably the best for this.

If you bought the game within something like two weeks before the sale and you contact steam, they will give you the discount.

I am not 100% sure on the time frame, but they will help you out if it was recent enough.
