I am new to Vic 2. I played a lot of EU Rome and Crusader Kings. In those games you seem to get more info on sieging, For example:

-You can see how much war exhaustion the besieging army is suffering so if you are on the defense you can time your attacks against them.

-You can see how large the garrison is in the province so that you can estimate how long a province could hold out.

-You can hurry the siege along which takes a lot more casualties, but if you have overwhelming numbers then you can take a province very quickly.

-When a province is first taken the garrison takes a long time to grow to size, so it is easiest to retake a province as soon after it was lost as possible. Does that rule also play out in Vic 2?

I think you misunderstood as I was not very clear. I wanted to get advice on how to see these things in the game or simply confirmation that you cannot see / do any of them.

So would I be right in assuming that as soon as a province is occupied it is at full strength. So the Fabian tactic of following an invading army around without engaging it and retaking the provinces before they are at full strength does not work in Vic 2?
