I can hardly believe developers of P.I. code such an AI that sucks so bad when it comes to sieges.
Check the screenshot I'm attaching. Rebels have 15k army and they lay siege a level 2 castle with 400 garrison and instead of assaulting, they just wait for them to starve.
Why doesn't AI know when to assault and when to keep the siege? I don't think it would be such a hard job to do.

Rebels are particulry bad at anything. They do not engage enemy, they tend to just sit in controlled province giving the AI/Player time to react and gather forces... And here they actually have a nice stack of enemy right next to them, even such an assualt can be not worth the risk. Especially since You can;t stop assualt at any time.
