in my current game, siracusa has 0-0-0 techs, and starts with everything on 0, while it SHOULD be in the orthodox-muslim sphere. is this WAD? i didnt see it in the patch notes but all surroudning counties have normal muslim/byzantine tech. couldit be because of it being magreb-orthodox?
