So, I was thinking, there should be an option (and a way to enable/disable it) to show the land your country owns on the map in the bottom-right corner. Its color would be easy to tell from the Terra Incognita, and I was thinking the color could be either a set one (so it is easy to tell from TI) or the color of your nation (this may be hard to tell from TI if color is similar to it). This would be purely aesthetic as it has no functions, except enabling/disabling it, so I don't really feel that there is anything to balance. For me, I think it would be cool to see how my nation has blobbed or just how big it has grown. For somebody else, they may not like it and disable it, may use it for something else, or may use it in the same way as me. I am not sure whether it should count occupied provinces in wars or not, so I am leaving that for people to decide if they want that or not. Please, in the comments tell me whether you like this idea or not.

EDIT: The post by bzflater below says something that I agree with. However, if you see my quote in my reply to him, I do think that each should be a different color, except your country and your subjects. Thanks for the suggestion.

I think it should show you, your subjects, your allies in war (but not peacetime allies) and enemies.

I do actually agree with that. But I think that me and my subjects should be the same color no matter the situation, but allies in war should be a different color and enemies in war should be a different color too.

Thanks for your opinion, I'll see what other people say and see what I can change.
