Show the percentage value in the Religion tab

In the Convert area of the Religion tab, when a province cannot be converted, instead of the "---" instead show the total percentage of the province, it will allow us to see at a glance which are truly impossible and which only requires some more Stability or an advisor.

If you hover over the „—“ or the projected conversion length, there is a detailed tooltip that breaks down the percentages.

Yes, I want it right there over the dashed line, more info at first glance instead of having to mouse-over every single province.

i think this would just make the tab look messy then, because every other number in the column is a duration in months, but all the sudden you got a negative percentage standing there. that appears at least to me a bit out of place, and the dashed line already provides you with enough information for the context, it tells you in a glance that you can not convert this province,
