Show stab hit if declaring independence

Starting a independence war will result in a stab hit (at least in the case of a PU). The stab hit of breaking truce, starting a war with mil. access, having a RM, ... is always show. The stab hit for the independence war isnt shown.

For independence from PU, this is correct. Other independence wars do have a stabhit associated with independence itself, but the game also shows that on the DoW screen.

Which wont happens if their is no independence war. So the stab is has something to do with the independence war.
And new ruler wont result in a stab hit, unless he is a general. You cant even make your ruler in a general as minor.
