In the most recent stellaris dev diary, there has been a lot of dev interaction, which is really great. Unfortunately, if you want to read more than the first dozen or so, you need to manually check through all 15 pages, as hitting the "next page" button disables show only dev responses, and hitting "show only dev responses" brings you to the first page.
