Looks awesome, but I think you can reduce the polys for the game drastically. Are you planning on more german steel?
My city has this 'beauty', I don't even wanna know how much money was wasted on that... I should go on strike! (apparently it was 1.1 million euro, but paid for by businesses in the area... I suppose that it's tax reductable)

I don't think that you professionally sell this model, so I don't know what is your problem here. If someone else or you made this model, be happy that other people like it, and if someone copies oder modify it, so what, this is not the end of the world.
This is game, not more, and the models from whoever are part of the game, so there is no need to jealously bitching "the other children may not play with my toy".

I have been working on a 12th-century church based on a real one in Södra Åsum, Skåne. There are still a few details to work out but excluding textures it's 95% done.
I also made a test model to try out the Asset Editor, to make sure everything worked properly
