Please add some sort of notification what item was built last. Maybe just an icon next to a build queue.
Sometimes I don't pay attention / forget what was the icon in the notification. And I have to figure out what I was doing in the city. Seeing what was built last would make it much easier to figure out what direction the city was heading.
This request is tied to the Add custom items / notes on a map (extra layer) and is mostly about making it easier to manage longer / more complex games.
