DISCLAIMER: I played this game on CK2+, not vanilla CK2. However, I believe there's no difference to how this works in the mod. Correct me if otherwise.

I started a game in the Old Gods bookmark as the king of Bulgaria. I used the ruler designer to create a custom king and dynasty. The trick? Bulgarian lands are mostly ruled by the Balgarsko, a dynasty to which the historical Bulgarian king belongs. Thanks to Agnatic Seniority succession, this means the default monarch will see his realm consolidate nicely - while a custom one has 20, maybe 30 years to act before facing a huge duke-vassal blob of Balgarsko. And that's fine, I liked it. Nothing like a good old-fashioned family feud, eh?

The actual problem? Getting those lands off the Balgarsko was way too easy because they didn't really care about me swiping their dynastic lands. I used some unjustified revocations which caused opinion hits with the specific characters and minor hits with everyone, but the Balgarsko never paid any particular attention to their dwindling dynastic possessions. Shouldn't they get hugely offended about that, especially since Seniority ensures that they're set to inherit? I would expect them ganging up on anyone trying to snatch land that would likely be theirs in the future!

TL;DR: B is set to inherit A's lands, I'm their liege and I revoke A's lands. Shouldn't B be particularly mad?
