It will not not be possible however that the player switches tag from what I understand. So if YOU play British Kenya, you wont become Kenya.

About the OP - I'm ok with Vichy being called Vichy even if they get Paris back. It's more a name for the regime than it is a locational thing. We still call interwar Germany the Weimar Republic despite it not being in Weimar for that long.
