By the time I'm writing this, this province is the only one I'm missing to declare Kingdom of God. Since it's not included in the Italy region, I've made a research and found out that Trent was not included into Italy up until 1920. Is it because they are biphoric with venetian culture or what? It's not that challenging to conquer it (even if right now it's handled by Austria directly), I just don't get the reason to include them into this decision.

Funny anecdote along those lines; during the Second Vatican Council, a particularly conservative cardinal arrived at an airport in Italy, and asked to be 'driven to the council'. Witty taxi driver took the road to Trento :)
