Possibly. I don't know too much about the time period it just seemed like Egypt was large and fertile in the stream. I could be wrong about which diadochi had a more powerful base. That's kind of cool the little friendship aspect. Seems like they are mixing some eu 4 gameplay with ck 2 gameplay.
Egypt is wealthy and have the best technology research of probably any country in the game but its Manpower seems quite limited, about only half of what the Seleucid have while probably also lacking unit variety such as horse Archers which the Seleucid should have.

Phrygia seems rather weak, it seems quite poor compared to the other diadochi don't seems to have anything really going for them so they may be quite easy to defeat. They are also in the middle of all other diadochi so making an Alliance against them should not be that hard.

It is possible that the diadochi is going to be balanced to be more even.

Phrygia controls Asia, the wealthiest part of the Greek world. Lysimachus is the weakest of the Diadochi by far.

However Seleucid empire Control more land, probably more pops, more manpower and many important cities and Egypt was quite rich as well. Antigonus don't seems to have more personal wealth than Cassander and less than Ptolemy and Seleucus.

Antigonus being just also feels a bit weird; what with the executions and being relatively quick to break his promises to the cities I would have given him Arbitrary in CK terms.
The common people may have liked Antigonus more than the other diadochi which may be why he has the just trait.

Im less sure what the Disciplined trait would represent.
