Should promoted cultures view ruling nation as their own?

Title says all. Imagine if you play as Austria and you integrate Hungary. Hungarians are totally different people, however if you promote them they'll start viewing Austria as their own nation. This means no separatist rebellion, no unrest and you get full manpower from Hungarians. What do you think?

That's what I was thinking. Wasn't sure tho if accepted culture view their ruling nation as their own. Plus full manpower.

You still get separatism even in provinces of your own culture.
