This is my cuurent empire build
The Anatrachyae hail from the ocean world of Thalia. An amphibian crustacean analogue, they were primary an agrarian culture, worshiping their sun as the master of the growing season. As they explored the islands and archipelagos of Thalia they began to develop a more permanent culture not washed away from by the tides, metal working and writing gave birth to civilization and philosophy. One such Philosopher Levanah, took the worship of the local Star, Chasmodai, from its seasonal agrarian beginnings to a Philosophy of Life and Enlightenment. As Levanah's teachings spread, the Anatrachyae found they were united in a new purpose, a new Principality under the light of Chasmodai.

The idea being a Harmous collective lead by Philosopher Princes.
I usually played them with No slavery, free Migration for the Primary Species and tried to keep it as a one Species Empire, and chose collectivist as a way of showing the philosophical vision taking precident over the individual
Now with Banks changing the Collectivist Individualist Axis to the Authoritarian Egalitarian Axis I don't think Authoritain really fits.
I can still select Imperial Authority for the Hereditary Monarchy, and for the Civics, the flavour text for Philosopher Kings and Agrarian Idyll seem to fit the original idea perfectly but again restrict to non authoritarian Ethics
So I have one spare Ethics pick and given the "Keep to ourselves" maintain Species Purity idea, rather than making one Ethic Fanatic is Xenophobia the way to go?
