Should I get With Fire and Sword?

It looks like an awesome game, and although people say Warband is better gameplay-wise, I think I'd enjoy WFaS's historical setting.

Other games that I was thinking of getting were:
HoI2
The Guild 2:Renaissance (I know what you're thinking)

So which one should I get? Thanks for your advice!

I decided to get WFaS. But I will most likley get either of these other games in the future.

If you're in for a WW2 grand strategy game then go for Arsenal of Democracy instead, since it's a newer and much improved version of the original HoI2.

It surely isn't the best idea ever, to ask which game to buy, in a forum that strictly covers one of those options.

I've played all three. I may be an exception, but I didn't like HoI2 and HoI3. MB:FS is a great game, better than MB:W in my opinion. Guild: Rennaisance is an interesting game. Recommended. Similar to mount & blade but very different at the same time. Guild 2: rennaisance could be wonderful if played online. Mount & Blade is a single player game for me (MB online = medieval counter strike)

I seriously loved HOI2, so I voted for that ! I also own WFaS, but I hardly play that, since I also own Warband. And Warband is far better than WFaS.

Maybe It wasnt the best thing to do, but the results havent been too one-sided.

Why not go for HoI 3? With FtM it's better than ever.
