Now my suggestion is mainly focused regarding their name. Since in next DLC you can chose name for Malaya, should Byznatine mission be the same where you can chose the name for the state? Whether Byzantium, Romans, East Rome or something like that? The idea here is to save us from discusion regarding the name of the nation. This would of course disable desicion "Restore Roman empire" and integrate it into mission. Some other missions would also be changed and play into Orthodox faith and Pentarchy as well as restoring the borders under emperor Justinian.
Also one slight thing, allow players to rename "Areas" as long as the players control entire area. Somehow to me it seams weird when i see Greek and Latin names of cities/provinces while state name is in Turkish and Arabic.
