Should be able to see exact amount of gold and levies contributed by each vassal and what modifies these numbers (tribal)

Without feudal contracts there doesn't seem to be an easy way of accessing this information. i know you can hover over gold income and then vassal contributions but that doesn't tell you anything about what determines the amount.

Levies on the other hand end up being a closed box.
