I agree with you. A real good game specifically targeting the Hundred Years War era would be so nice.

As you say... While I like CK, and play it quite fequently it does not model the HYW very well...Sonny said:

Glad you said it. (I thought about saying that but had a weak moment and let the opportunity pass.)
I too play CK occasionally because it is all we have for that era which happens to be my favorite period of history.
TT was an ok light-weight game, but lacked any depth (and AI) and didn't really model the period very well...Sonny said:

Yes! We need lots of movies in-game! Thats what I liked in C&C and in the Ascaron games (like Port Royal or Patrician3)
To be honest I'm deeply dissapointed.
Really though this is more to do with my interest in history than anything else - I enjoy the pre-1492 Medieval setting much more than the later period (and yes I know CK covers that period but it also restricts me to a certain area and faith - and I like the larger scale of EU II). The Enlightenment just doesn't do anything for me.
